On March 16, 2012 the City of Miami advertised two Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for two distinct waterfront properties located just east of the City of Miami's historic City Hall. One RFP is for a Marina and Casual Outdoor Restaurant. The second RFP is for a waterfront Indoor/Outdoor Restaurant. The properties abut the thriving Biscayne Bay waters, home to Miami's finest year-long regattas and boat lovers alike. A stone throw's away from Coconut Grove Village, these properties offer great potential and an exciting opportunity for innovative entrepreneurs to play a part in transformation of these waterfront properties.
