Fire Station in Coral
Way
The City of Miami seeks property for a future fire
station in the Coral Way Miami Neighborhood area.
Interested parties are invited to submit suitable
properties for consideration. Sites submitted must meet
the following requirements.
- The site must be located between Southwest 17th
Avenue to the east, Southwest 27th Avenue west,
Southwest 16th Street to the north, and Southwest
25th Street to the south. (locations at nearby
streets outside the boundaries may be considered).
Area map
- The site must be at least 25,000 square feet, if
zoned commercial.
- If not zoned commercial, the property must meet
one of the following requirements so that it may be
rezoned commercial:
- must possess 40,000 square feet in total
area; or
- must possess 200 feet of frontage / linear
footage; or
- must be abutting property zoned commercial.
Responses: Solicitation responses must include
folio # for single parcel or larger parent tract, proof
of ownership, asking price, and a general description of
the site including size. An aerial photograph and/or
site location map must be submitted for clarification of
the location. Additional information to facilitate
evaluation of the site (survey, title report,
environmental report, soil tests, and appraisals) is
desired, but not required.

Note: City of Miami does not pay commissions or
finder’s fees. The owner must offer properties, or any
agent of the owner (Seller’s Agent) specifically
retained to represent the owner in the owner’s response
to this advertisement.
