The James L. Knight Center is located in downtown
Miami on the historic Miami River. This
technologically advanced center comfortably seats
4,800 guests and has hosted an endless list of top
entertainers, concerts and large corporate meetings.
In addition to the main theater, there are two
smaller event-style theaters, 26 meeting rooms and a
28,000 ft. exhibit hall which can be divided into
4,000, 11,000 and 13,000 sq. ft. areas. This
facility is managed by Global Spectrum pursuant to a
management agreement which is due to expire
September 30, 2007.

Rickenbacker Causeway, at Statute Mile 1095 on the
Atlantic ICW and is Florida's largest marine
facility. This modern marina's 582 protected wet
slips comfortably accommodates transient, seasonal,
and permanent live-aboard guests generating $3.65
million in revenues in FY ‘05. It accommodates
vessels up to 175' and offering amenities such as
cable TV, shower/laundry facilities, and pump out
service. The City contemplates the expansion of this
marina facility to include a managed mooring field
with permitting currently underway.

Miamarina is located on the ICW at Government Cut,
in the heart of beautiful downtown Miami. Miamarina
is designed to comfortably accommodate yachtsmen and
their vessels to 250' in our deepwater slips. The
130 slip facility was completely rebuilt and
reopened in October of 1997, and is designed with
vessel safety and comfort in mind. Miamarina hosts a
blend of transient, seasonal, and long-term tenants
generating $1.4 million in revenues with electricity
and water usage included in our low rates. New
restroom/showers, laundry facilities and cable
television are among other amenities offered at the
marina.

and east of the Rickenbacker Causeway on beautiful
Virginia Key. Marine Stadium Marina is one of South
Florida's largest full-service dry storage marinas.
Capable of storing 300 vessels with a length to 45'
and gross vessel weight to 18,000 pounds, this
facility hosts Miami city and county residents,
seasonal visitors, and vacationers with boat in tow.
This facility produces an average of $1 million
annually.
