The City is inviting Proposers to bid on Request for Proposals ("RFP") No. 12-13-001 for the Lease of City-owned Waterfront Property for Marina/Restaurant/Garage Retail Uses on city-owned property located at 3385, 3349/3351 Pan American Drive & 51 Charthouse Drive, Miami, Florida (also commonly known as Grove Key Marina RFP).  

For registration as an official Proposer and to receive a complete RFP package and RFP addenda, Proposer must submit a non-refundable fee of $150 in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or official bank check made payable to the City of Miami and a Registration Form by mail to the contact information below. (See downloadable Attachment 1 - Registration Form below).
