Virginia Key Master Plan website is launched to provide residents and stakeholders information on the development of this master plan.

Class II special permit information is now being placed online as the Planning Department continues to improve on its efforts to provide citizens with up-to-date information via the internet.  The Class II special permit spreadsheet will be updated on a daily basis (except weekends).

The Planning Department is currently working on an ordinance to clarify "green space" requirements.  Read an informative narrative that will help you understand the changes being proposed. 

July 6, 2005
New Miami 21 website has been launched.  The new website, www.miami21.org, is completely dedicated to the Miami 21 project.  It contains interactive features that allows the public to submit questions and receive answers, a calendar of upcoming events related to Miami 21, and past meeting notes and information. 

June 14, 2005
The Planning Department has added new features to its website.  The Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) agenda is now available to be viewed.  Usually the agenda is posted one week before the actual meeting.

New Features Enhance Miami 21 website
The Miami 21 website continues to be developed to provide citizens and stakeholders an opportunity to learn more about the new blueprint for the City of Miami.  An interview on Smart City Radio with Mayor Manuel A. Diaz is now available.  In addition, the questions posed at the April 16 event have also been posted.  More answers will follow shortly as staff sorts through all the questions.  The Planning Department will post more information as it becomes available.  Please stay tuned for more information.
