Miami's unprecedented growth is seen by the number of projects being developed in Downtown, Biscayne Boulevard, Coconut Grove, Allapattah, Little Havana and other areas throughout the City.

As part of our customer service efforts, a tool has been developed to provide our website visitors with information regarding development throughout the City.  This tool, called REDDB (Real Estate Development Database) allows users to search for large-scale developments within the City, view projects in a map, and obtain specific project information.  The data can be searched by various methods that include address, project name, District, or NET area.
