City of Miami Parks Launches Dive In Movies

Join Black Beard and all his pirates for our outdoor movies at Grapeland Water Park. Every third Saturday of the month for $5 admission into the park you can enjoy a movie under the stars.

Summer is only a few months away and for many teens a summer job is on the priority list. One of the more popular jobs is being a lifeguard at a summer pool. In order to qualify as a lifeguard, a teen needs to take a certification class and pass the exam. The City of Miami Parks department offers classes at four of their pools. Taking and passing the certification does not guarantee a teen a job but does allow them to apply to all the municipalities with the required certification for the opportunity for a job.

Check out our flyer - Class Times and Locations or call one of our pool locations for more information
