Home Depot Steps Up in Support of Mayor Regalado's Initiative
Miami, FL (July 21, 2010 ) - On Wednesday morning, Miami Mayor Tomas
Regalado joined by Commissioner Richard P. Dunn II and a representative
from Miami-Dade County Commissioner Audrey M. Edmonson‟s office
thanked Home Depot executives and construction industry
representatives for partnering with the City to help Haiti.
The generous contributions will aid in building an Emergency
Operations / Community Center in Port- au- Prince.
Miami Mayor and Commissioners travel to Washington to Protect Public Service Programs

Washington, DC on Thursday, July 15, accompanied by Vice Chairman of
the City Commission Frank Carollo, Commissioner Francis Suarez,
Commissioner Richard Dunn, II, and Assistant City Manager Tony
Crapp, Jr. to discuss with the Administration and Congress
public service programs in the City.
Mayor Welcomes Ambassador of Spain to the United States
Miami, FL (July 14, 2010 ) - On Tuesday morning, Miami Mayor
Tomas Regalado welcomed His Excellency Jorge Dezcallar
de Mazarredo, Ambassador of Spain to the United States,
to Miami City Hall, just a couple of days after Spain's
first World Cup title. The arrival of the Ambassador
was celebrated with a banner honoring Spain as the
2010 World Cup Champions sponsored by the International Finance Bank.
Legendary Family Receives Key To the City of Miami
On July 9, 2010 history repeated itself in the City of Miami as LUCIE
ARNAZ and DESI ARNAZ, JR. received the Key to the City. Fifty-six
years ago their legendary parents, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz stood
in front of City Hall as seen in the famous 1954 picture taken
with then Miami Mayor Randy Christmas.
