Victoria Mendez
Assistant City Attorney

Education:

University of Miami, Bachelor of Arts Degree, concentrating in English and Political Science in December of 1995; University of Miami, Master Degree in Public Administration; University of Miami School of Law, (J.D., 1999).

Member:

The Florida Bar; United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida; American Bar Association; Cuban American Bar Association; Dade County Bar Association; Florida Association of Women Lawyers; Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and the League of Prosecutors.

Born:

Miami, FL

    Ms. Mendez joined the City Attorney’s Office in March 2004. She is assigned to the Land Use and Worker’s Compensation Division, mainly handling code enforcement. Ms. Mendez started her career as an Assistant State Attorney for Miami-Dade County prosecuting criminal cases at the Circuit and County level.
