Rafael O. Diaz

Education:

Florida International University - Political Science Degree; Florida State University School of Law, (J.D. with honors 1980)

Member:

The Florida Bar in 1980; United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1980.

Born:

Camaguey, Cuba

 
    Mr. Diaz was an associate at the law firm of Greenberg Traurig immediately after law school.  He was the in-house counsel for the Royal Bank of Canada; had a private practice in Coral Gables and has been an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Miami since 1988.  Prior to his career in law, Mr. Diaz was a banker.
