    Mr. Villacorta joined the City Attorney’s Office in October 2000. He is assigned to the Commercial Division. Prior to joining this office, Mr. Villacorta’s areas of practice included construction and complex federal litigation at the trial and appellate levels. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Villacorta holds a master’s degree in business administration and is a state certified general contractor.
