Land Use
– This
is a unique opportunity to lead the Land Use Division and gain
recognition as the premier municipal land use attorney in a city
experiencing an unprecedented development boom. The ideal
candidate will have a minimum of ten years in the field with
experience in the following: planning, zoning, growth
management, impact fees, major use permits, preparing
comprehensive plan amendments; litigation in these areas;
supervision of attorneys; and advising public officials.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about environmental law. |
