Pre-Proposal Meeting: There will be a Non-mandatory meeting to discuss this solicitation on Thursday,  August 20, 2009 @ 10:00 AM, located at Simpson Park, 55 SW 17th Road, Miami, Fl 33129, in the Community Building. Parking is street level. Due a limited number of seats, pre-registration is required  with a two person per firm limit. Send the name of person(s) who will be attending to Cecelia Wilson at cwilson@miamigov.com
